Antaviana begins its collaboration with the Cerdanya Film Festival by acting as technological advisors throughout the process to ensure a top-quality cinematic experience and to help position it as a reference event in the Pyrenean area. The festival, which starts on August 1st, has trusted our expertise in both the supervision of projection quality and the conceptualization and design of the workflow for material reception and validation.

To achieve this goal, an exhaustive analysis of the existing infrastructure was carried out and significant structural changes were implemented. These include improvements to the sound equipment, screen, and a detailed and demanding calibration that ensures exceptional levels of image and sound quality. This technical overhaul has been key to ensuring a superior viewing experience.

Additionally, we have digitized and centralized the entire material reception process through our exchange portal, ensuring efficient and secure management. Validating the integrity of the DCPs has been another critical point in our work, confirming that all materials comply with DCI standards for optimal projection.

The collaboration with our colleagues at Kelonik has been fundamental for the installation of the new technical infrastructure, sound equipment, and screen.

The Antaviana team has coordinated all deliveries, classified and checked materials, providing constant support to the organization to ensure everything was ready on time and with a safety margin, managing over a hundred titles including short films, feature films, and documentaries.

Our work at the Cerdanya Film Festival is consistent and a further contribution to our line of technical assistance that we have been carrying out for years at festivals such as the San Sebastián International Film Festival, the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival, and Docs Barcelona.
