NIFF is a Goya-qualifying festival for short films: its awards in the categories Premio NIFF de Oro al Mejor Cortometraje del Festival (Fiction and Documentary) and Premio NIFF de Oro al Mejor Corto de Animación grant direct access to the Spanish Academy’s pre-selection stage, consolidating the festival as a key platform for short film in Spain.

With this agreement, Antaviana reinforces its role as a strategic festival partner, with a track record that includes a range of collaborations with the Locarno Film Festival, the Sitges – International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, the San Sebastián International Film Festival, DocsBarcelona, the Cerdanya Film Festival and Serielizados Fest.

Antaviana VFX & Postproduction is a leading company in the audiovisual post-production sector with over 30 years of experience. Its excellence has been recognised with several awards, including the recent Gaudí for Best Visual Effects for La contadora de películas. It has also contributed to acclaimed features such as Creatura by Elena Martín and Estiu 1993 by Carla Simón, both recipients of the Gaudí for Best Film, as well as Las niñas by Pilar Palomero and La librería by Isabel Coixet, both winners of the Goya for Best Film.

The company has worked across film, television and large-scale formats, standing out for its innovation in visual effects and colour grading. With offices in Barcelona and Pamplona, Antaviana provides advanced solutions for national and international productions, meeting the industry’s most demanding standards.
