‘Romería’ is a film by Carla Simón, produced by Elàstica Films with co-production by Ventall Cinema, Dos Soles Media, Romería Vigo, A.I.E.

Synopsis: Marina (18), adopted since she was a child, travels to Vigo to meet her biological father’s family for the first time. Her arrival brings back a past that has already been buried. Guided by her mother’s diary and through a special connection with her new cousin, Marina will discover family wounds and will finally be able to relive the fragmented memory of parents of whom she barely has any memories.
