More Than a Museum is a documentary directed by Morrosko Vila-San-Juan that tells the fascinating story of the architectural project behind Oslo’s new Munch Museum. In 2008, the city of Oslo launched an international competition for the museum’s construction, and, against all odds, the winner was Estudio Herreros, a small Spanish studio that proposed an innovative idea: a high-rise building.

The documentary explores the twelve-year journey of this unique and daring project, which became a key piece in the architectural and urban transformation of the city, redefining the concept of the contemporary museum.

At Antaviana VFX, we were honored to carry out the color grading of this documentary, providing the visual balance necessary to highlight the grandeur of this architectural project and its narrative essence.

The documentary is a production of Monsieur Alain in collaboration with CaixaForum+
