At Antaviana we are excited about the Gaud\u00ed award for Best Visual Effects, in which \u201cthe collaboration and dialogue between photography, art and VFX, keys in the creative process, have been essential to give life to this story\u201d comments Bernat. In addition, this award recognizes the work of the entire visual effects team and the commitment we have at Antaviana to excellence and innovation.<\/p>\n

Creatura shines with 6 Gaud\u00ed Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the gala, several films also won Gaud\u00ed Awards in which the post-production, in whole or in part, has been done by Antaviana VFX.<\/p>\n

\u201cCreatura\u201d, by Elena Mart\u00edn Gimeno, in which Antaviana’s partner Cristina Garm\u00f3n was also nominated for best VFX, won 6 Gaud\u00ed Awards, including Best Film. \u201cWhile it is you, the here and now of Carme El\u00edas\u201d won the award for Best Documentary Film and \u201cQuico Sabat\u00e9, sense dest\u00ed\u201d, the award for best film for television.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Antaviana adds to our career at the Gaud\u00ed Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n

The awards of the 16th edition of the Gaud\u00ed Awards are not the first in which Antaviana’s work is recognized. Previously, we were awarded the Best Visual Effects award for \u201cLa Vampira de Barcelona\u201d in 2021, \u201cIncerta Gloria\u201d in 2018, \u201cThe Adventures of Tadeo Jones 3D\u201d in 2013 and \u201cEskalofr\u00edo\u201d in 2009.<\/p>\n

Likewise, films such as \u201cThe Girls\u201d, \u201cThe Daughter of a Thief\u201d and \u201cThe Bookstore\u201d by Isabel Coixet, among others, in which the post-production was done in Antaviana, were also awarded in previous editions by the Festival de la Catalan Cinema Academy.<\/p>\n

A protest gala<\/strong><\/p>\n

The last Gaud\u00ed Awards ceremony not only celebrated Catalan art and cinema, but was also a night marked by the demand for equality and diversity at the hands of the winners, the actress Yolanda Sey and the presenters of the event Ana Polo and Hey Sherman.<\/p>\n
